Through what steps did you come to gain such extensive experience in corporate and international law?

«After graduating from the University of Milan, I attended various refresher courses both in international law and in commercial law. I then did my legal practice, but before joining the Milan Bar, I worked in the legal office of a multinational. Thanks to this experience, I have gained familiarity with business dynamics and international and commercial law, in the contractual field and in the protection of intellectual property. All this has favored my specialization in legal issues, relating to international contracts, franchising, trademark license agreements, "vertical" agreements, international sales, analysis of opportunities and risks in the countries in which the firm operates ».

In this regard dMTV has a long-standing presence in Vietnam and she is even a licensed foreign lawyer in Hanoi. What are the reasons for choosing this country?

"Over the years we have promptly realized, within the firm, the changing role of the lawyer and, taking into account the changes that have affected world trade, we were among the first to deal with international law and in particular to face the markets of Asia-Pacific since 2002. Specifically, it was my son who, thanks to his studies and direct work experience, was able to verify the extraordinary opportunities offered by that country where we opened our offices already in 2007. The Vietnam, unlike China, is a small country with a relatively small population, with good infrastructures, an advanced level of literacy and professional training and above all with an excellent tradition of craftsmanship. All this makes it an ideal ground for the realization of international development projects in various sectors and in fact there are numerous entrepreneurs, Italian and not only, who have chosen to set up their own businesses, requiring all the services and solutions useful for the success of the company. their initiative ".

«If on the one hand it may have caused some delay in the preparation and launch phase, on the other hand it has fully confirmed its validity. Today companies are faced with a lower financial availability of the entrepreneur, customers and suppliers.
